These terms cover the Peptide Prep Quiz at peptideprepquiz.com, the free reports and emails that follow it, and anything you buy here.

The member portal, Prepped for Peptides, has its own terms at peptideprepschool.com/terms. By taking the quiz or placing an order, you agree to these terms, and when you log in to the portal you agree to its terms as well.

1.Who we are

This site and everything sold on it are run by Peak Idea LLC and The Doctors Mentor, LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”), the companies behind the work of Dr. Lori L. Barr, M.D. You can reach us at [email protected].

You must be 18 or over to use this site or buy from it.

2.Educational only, not medical advice

The quiz, your score, the reports, the emails, the books, the audiobooks, the templates, the citation library and the community are education. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment.
Dr. Barr is a physician, but taking the quiz, buying from us or joining the community does not make her your doctor. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship with her or with anyone on her team.
Nothing we sell is a peptide, a medicine or a supplement. We do not sell, prescribe, supply or recommend any peptide, or any source of peptides.
Many of the peptides discussed in the material are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the uses people buy them for, and the evidence behind them varies widely. Where we describe research, we are describing research, not recommending a product or a dose.
Do not start, stop or change any medicine, peptide or supplement because of something you read or hear from us. Make those decisions with a qualified clinician who knows your history.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number straight away.

3.The quiz and your score

Your readiness score, your result (Foundation First, Restore or Regenerate Ready) and your report are worked out only from the answers you give. They are a starting point for your own preparation and for a conversation with your clinician. They are not an assessment of your health.

We do not promise any particular result from the reports, the books or anything else we provide. What happens depends on you, your health and the people who treat you.

4.Emails and messages

When you submit the quiz, you ask us to email you your report. We will also send you follow-up emails from Dr. Barr about your result and about the books and programs we offer.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops those emails. We will still send you emails about anything you have bought, such as your login details and receipts.
If you give us your phone number, we use it to contact you about your result or your order. We do not send you marketing text messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

5.What you are buying

The Peptide Explorer, Peptide Voyager and Peptide Navigator Packages each include the ebook What Your Peptide Provider Doesn’t Know About You, access to the citation library reading room, access to the community and the Ease-o-Stat™ template. The package you are offered depends on your quiz result.
The order form may also offer add-ons: the Your Peptide Expedition ebook, the Your Peptide Expedition audiobook, and the audiobook of What Your Peptide Provider Doesn’t Know About You. You only get, and only pay for, the add-ons you choose.
The value figures on the order forms, such as “$297 total value”, are our own valuation of each part of the package. They are not prices you have paid or will be charged.
Everything is digital. Nothing is shipped.

6.Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the order form before you pay. Each item is a one-time payment. Nothing is billed again, and there is no subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We never see or store your full card number.
Any sales tax or VAT that applies is added at checkout. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.

7.Delivery and access

Your login for Prepped for Peptides, the member portal at peptideprepschool.com, is emailed to the address you ordered with as soon as your order goes through.
Log in with the email address you ordered with. You can ask for a sign-in code by email, or set your own password.
If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to us and we will sort it out.
Your use of the portal, the downloads and the community is covered by the Prepped for Peptides member terms.

8.The 60-day guarantee

If what you bought does not change how you think about the next vial you are offered, email [email protected] within 60 days of your order and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.
The guarantee covers your whole order, including any add-ons.
We refund the full amount to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
You keep the book and the bonuses, and your access to the portal stays open.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is quicker for you than a dispute.
Because your order is digital and you get access straight away, delivery begins as soon as your order goes through. Where the law of your country gives you a set number of days to cancel a digital purchase, that right ends once delivery begins. The 60-day guarantee is not affected, and it gives you longer.

9.Your information

What we collect: the name, email address and phone number you enter; your quiz answers and score; and, if you buy, your order details and billing address. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Why we use it: to show and send your result and report, to send the emails described above, to deliver what you buy and give you access to the portal, to answer your messages, and to improve the quiz and what we offer.
Who else handles it: the companies that host this site, our customer records and our email for us, and Stripe for payments. They handle it on our behalf and only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
On your device: when you submit the quiz, your browser keeps your name, email address and phone number on this site for up to 30 days, so the order form can fill them in for you. They stay in your browser and are never put in a web address. Clearing your browser’s data for this site removes them. This site and the services it uses, such as the video player and the payment form, may also use cookies to work properly and to measure how the site and our advertising perform.
Your choices: email [email protected] to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

10.Who owns the material

The quiz, the reports, the books, the audiobooks, the videos and the templates, including the Ease-o-Stat™ template, belong to Dr. Lori Barr and our companies, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you buy, you get a personal license to use the material yourself. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or upload it anywhere, use it to train AI models, or use it to build a competing product or course. You are welcome to share a short quote with credit to Dr. Lori Barr.

11.Links to other sites

The citation library and the material link to published studies and to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for what happens on them.

12.Limits on our liability

We provide the quiz, the sites and the material as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise they are complete, free of errors or always online. Research moves on, and the material reflects it as it stood when it was written.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about your health, your medicines or peptides. Our total liability to you for anything to do with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.

13.Disputes and the law that applies

If something goes wrong, email us first and give us 30 days to put it right. Most problems are solved this way, and faster than any other route.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Peak Idea LLC is organized. If you live outside the United States, you keep any protection that the consumer law of your country gives you.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order, including the 60-day guarantee.
